Cyclamen are grown from a corm and like to be watered from underneath. They should be placed in a dish to be watered but do not leave sat in water! If they droop, the best thing is to place your poorly plant in a bowl with a couple of inches of boiling water. The steam will rise up and make flowers stand up all happy again! I would leave for approximately 20 minutes and then let it drain.

Hi I had 3 cyclamen which the flowers had all drooped although the leaves were ok. I tried your boiling water cure and it was like a Christmas miracle all 3 all standing up and happy, thank you.
